Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Sunio

Effective Date: 31st March 2025

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for services purchased through the Sunio website. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. General Refund Conditions

1.1. No Refunds After Service Commencement

  • Once a service has started, or if you cancel early, refunds are not possible.

  • A service is considered commenced when any onboarding, processing, or execution of work related to the service has begun.

1.2. Refunds for Ineligibility

  • If you purchase a service but cannot be onboarded due to restrictions outlined on our website, we will issue a refund, deducting a 5% service charge (i.e., you will receive 95% of your original payment).

  • Restrictions may include, but are not limited to, unsupported business models, nationality-based limitations, regulatory constraints, or compliance issues.

1.3. Refunds for Unsupported Business Models or Nationalities

  • If you purchase a service but your business model, country, or other conditions are not supported by us as set out on our website, we will issue a refund after deducting a service charge for administrative and processing costs.

1.4. Country Eligibility

  • We serve customers only from select countries. It is your responsibility to check your eligibility before purchasing any services.

 

2. Special Conditions for Company Registration Services

2.1. Failure to Complete the Registration Process

  • If you purchase our Estonian company (OÜ) or Non-Profit Organization (MTÜ) registration assistance service, but fail to sign the required documents or provide the necessary information, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • In such cases, you remain bound by the contract until the entity is successfully registered or the service is formally cancelled by us.

3. Subscription-Based Services & Cancellations

3.1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may stop purchasing our services at any time. However, the cancellation will be effective from the next calendar month after terminating your contract or subscription.

3.2. Refunds for Discontinued Services

  • If we discontinue a service plan, and you do not agree to the closest alternative, you may request a pro-rata refund for any unused period (where applicable).

  • If you continue using the service after 30 days of notification of the change, this will be considered as acceptance of the new service plan, and no refunds will be issued.

 

4. Processing of Refunds

4.1. Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.

  • After 30 days, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason.

4.2. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4.3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any state fees, notary fees, government charges, third-party fees, or processing costs incurred in relation to a service are non-refundable, regardless of the service outcome.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@sunio.ee with the following details:

  1. Your full name and contact details

  2. Service purchased and date of purchase

  3. Reason for the refund request

  4. Any supporting documentation (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

 

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and it is your responsibility to review changes periodically.

  • Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
